Samick Artist Series Bass Review

The Samick Artist Series CB630 Bass guitar is a nice, very affordable bass guitar.

It has gold hardware, high output "P" & "J" style pickups with a 3 way switch,

one volume and one tone control knob, 24 Fret rosewood fingerboard,
34 inches scale length, a solid Alder body, Sculped back and heel
for maximum playbility, bolt on Maple neck, adjustable truss rod,
angled headstock, heavy die cast bridge and precision die cast tuners.

I like the sound of this bass guitar and the noise from the pickups is minimal.
The sound is great, not too "punchy" and not too "boomy" and the pickups
sound very good as well.
This bass guitar is also very durable.

I love the looks of this bass guitar as well.

It doesn't look standard like most bass guitars do, due to the "smokey finish"
(which you also find at the back of the body).

The gold plating (like with all plating) will wear off in time.

If there is anything that I would upgrade it would be the saddle, but it's ok.

Conclusion:

This bass guitar is a really good choice for a beginner and the
The price/quality proportion is great.

It looks very nice, sounds good and is very durable.

It's a great electric bass guitar for beginners!
